Why do I need floorplans?

We aim to return a floorplan to you within 72 hours of gaining access to the property.

How are the plans delivered?
Floorplans are delivered by email in a standard Adobe PDF document. We are also able to provide floorplans in other file formats on request.

Insert the floorplan on your website under the property listing or send them direct to potential buyers – its up to you! We believe floorplans are more valuable than pictures when it comes to marketing your property. They allow the buyer a virtual walk through of the property from a single click on your website providing easier property access for international and local buyers.

How do I get my floorplan on to my website?
Adding our floorplans to a specific property listing on your website could not be easier. Our standard PDF documents are just as easy to upload using the same process as a picture (Jpeg).

How much detail is included on the plans? Are they to scale? Can you include measurements inside the rooms on the plans?
All our plans are for illustrative purposes only. However all our floorplans are measured to scale and we provide all room dimensions and measurements including as much detail as possible to accurately reflect the property. On request, we can specifically add or remove detail from a standard floorplan.

Can I change the disclaimer on my finished plan?
Please contact us before you change or remove the disclaimer that appears on your finished plan. The disclaimer is provided for legal reasons and any changes must be approved by PDS beforehand.

Can I include a watermark/branding/logo on my floor plans?
Yes. We believe floorplans are an ideal media to promote your property and your brand.
