TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When using the services and products of Property Display Services, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.
GENERAL
Property Display Services strives to ensure the accuracy of our floorplans. However measurements are approximate and all measurements and distances referred to are provided as a guide only.
In addition;
Floor plans are for the purpose of the illustration of the arrangement of rooms and thus plans may be simplified with unnecessary detail not being displayed.
We do not measure wall thicknesses and these measurements are estimated and therefore should not be relied upon. Gross Internal Area (GIA), where quoted, is based upon the nominal wall thicknesses shown in our drawings.
Outdoor measurements, if provided, are always approximate.
Plans are not intended to constitute part of any offer or contract. It is specifically noted that Property Display Services will not carry out a structural survey and the services, appliances and specific fittings listed in the floorplan have not been tested.
If for some reason a property is not in a ready state to ensure an accurate service, the client will be liable for an additional charge should we be required to return to the property to perform our instructed service.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
During the course of the delivery of services by Property Display Services to the client, Property Display Services may generate ideas, inventions, suggestions, copyrightable materials or other information ("Intellectual Property"). Any such intellectual property, whether or not related to, or incorporated into, the work product to be produced by Property Display Services and delivered to client shall remain the intellectual property of Property Display Services.
COPYRIGHT
Property Display Services shall exclusively own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to all visual material and resources produced by us. The client is licensed to use the floorplans for the purpose agreed.
Property Display Services’ copyright of the plans must be acknowledged wherever the plans are used.
Under no circumstance should any of the content provided by Property Display Services be altered, deleted, replicated in part or whole or enhanced in any manner without prior written approval of Property Display Services.
WORKPLACE AND CLIENT POLICIES
If Property Display Services is requested by the client to provide services on a client’s properties, the client agrees to provide Property Display Services personnel a safe workplace whose standards are consistent with that of its own employees. The client also agrees to provide reasonable access to the property necessary for Property Display Services to perform the Services.
Property Display Services personnel will observe all safety and other applicable rules in effect at such workplace, provided that reasonable notice of the rules has been supplied to Property Display Services and such personnel.
LIABILITY
Floor plans are supplied to our clients on the understanding that we shall have no liability to our clients, their agents or their clients for any direct or indirect loss, damage, costs or claims suffered or incurred or arising out of any use of our floorplans or measurements.
DISCLAIMER
The client shall in all cases, ensure the Property Display Services’ disclaimer is provided whenever the floorplans are displayed.
PRICING
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change at anytime.
A booking fee of R50 is included in all prices. If orders are cancelled within 24 hours before an appointment time you will be charged the R50 booking fee.
PAYMENT
Property Display Services will issue invoices monthly.
Payment is due within 30 days after client ‘s receipt of the invoice.
Interest at the maximum allowable rate as per prevailing legislation will apply to all late payments. Such interest will accrue from date of invoice to date of payment. The delayed payment charge will not apply if the client requests correction of the invoice within the applicable 30 days, but will apply 30 days after receipt of the corrected invoice.

MISCELLANEOUS
The laws of The Republic of South Africa govern this agreement and any work performed in terms of this agreement.
The terms of this Agreement shall prevail over any conflicting provision of any applicable instruction unless otherwise specifically stated in that instruction.
Property Display Services shall be entitled to list its name and contact details on both the electronic and printed material supplied to the client provided that such display shall not detract from the work commissioned.
